From your DXF to the finished part
For design offices and engineers: feasibility checked before cutting, problems flagged before they turn into costs.
A workshop that reads drawings the way you write them
Designers need a workshop that speaks their language: send the DXF or the dimensioned PDF and we take care of flat patterns, nesting and cutting layouts. But above all: if something in the drawing does not work on the shop floor — a bend radius that is too tight, a weld that cannot be reached, a thickness at the limit — we tell you before we cut, not afterwards.
For prototypes and one-off parts the advantage is the short loop: you see the first part in the workshop, changes are decided at the bench, and the small batch only starts once the sample is approved. Your client sees the project built the way you drew it.
What we do for design offices and engineers
CNC plasma cutting from DXF files; feasibility checks and cost optimisation; sheet metal flat patterns and nesting; prototypes and pre-production runs with an approved sample.
Structural fabrication
Frames, base plates, load-bearing structures, stairs and mezzanines to drawing.

Which file formats do you accept?
DXF and DWG for cutting straight away; a dimensioned PDF if the DXF does not exist yet — we redraw it ourselves. From 3D (STEP) we work out the flat patterns.
Do you make one-off parts or only batches?
One-off parts too: prototypes, samples and test fixtures are a normal part of our work, not an exception.
Can you suggest changes to bring the cost down?
Yes, and it is the part we enjoy most: small changes to bends, thicknesses or welds often cut the cost of a part noticeably without changing what it does.
Got a drawing ready for production?
Send us the DXF file, the PDF or even just a dimensioned photo. We reply with a technical assessment and a quotation.
