High-definition CNC plasma cutting

From DXF file
to finished part.

Subcontract steel fabrication for machine builders, construction firms and design offices. One single point of contact, from drawing to delivery.

MIG/MAG and TIG welding

Qualified
welders.

Carbon steel, stainless and aluminium. Assemblies built on squaring tables to keep shrinkage distortion under control.

Light and heavy fabrication

Structures that
hold the site.

Frames, base plates, mezzanines, stairs, canopies and machine guards. Delivered ready to install, with holes and plates already done.

One point of contactFrom quotation to delivery you always speak to the same person.

Dates we actually keepWe give a date and we meet it. If anything changes, you hear it from us first.

Who we work for

Four kinds of customer, one way of working

Every client arrives with different requirements. The method does not change: understand the part, give a date, meet it.

Machine builders

Frames, base plates, guards and covers, brackets and machined series to your drawing, ready to assemble or already painted.

Construction firms and main contractors

Load-bearing structures, stairs, mezzanines, balustrades and roofing, with the option of installation directly on site.

Design offices and engineers

We take the DXF or PDF and handle flat patterns, nesting and manufacturability, flagging in advance anything that will not work on the shop floor.

Industry and maintenance

Obsolete spare parts, repairs, reinforcements, modifications to existing plant and fast response on machine downtime.

How we work

From drawing to delivery

Five steps, always the same. It is the reason we can give you a date and stand by it.

01

Enquiry and review

You send the drawing, the DXF file, a photo or a dimension. We check manufacturability and clear up any critical points straight away.

02

Technical quotation

You receive a quotation setting out materials, planned operations and a realistic delivery date.

03

Preparation

Flat patterns, nesting and CNC programs. Material is procured and released to production.

04

Production and inspection

Cutting, bending, welding and assembly. Dimensions are checked during the process, not only at the end.

05

Delivery or installation

Collection at the workshop, transport by our own vehicle, or installation directly on site.

Machine shop

The machines in the workshop

Cutting, bending, rolling and welding are all in house. No external steps means less waiting and a single party responsible for the result.

Quality of work

What we do not compromise on

We do not promise quality in the abstract. These are the three concrete things we check on every job.

Qualified welders

Structural welds are carried out by personnel holding welder qualifications. On request we state the process, position and parent material planned for your job.

Dimensions checked during the process

Dimensional checks happen during manufacture, not only on the finished part. An error found at the cutting stage costs far less than one found at assembly.

Traceable material

On request we supply material certificates, so that whoever receives the part knows exactly what they are installing.
