Hydraulic CNC press brakes with programmable back gauges deliver angles that are accurate and, more importantly, repeatable: the first part and the hundredth are identical. We produce C and Z profiles, box sections, cappings and complex multiple bends, calculating the flat patterns so that finished dimensions match the drawing.

Frequently asked questions
Do you calculate the flat patterns?
Yes, and that is where the job is won or lost. We work from the finished dimensions on your drawing and calculate the blank allowing for bend radius and material, so the finished part is on size.
Can I bring my own pre-cut sheet?
Of course, we also work on your material. We only ask you to tell us the thickness and steel grade, because they change the bend radius and the flat pattern calculation.
Can you do tight or closed bends?
It depends on thickness and material. We assess it on the drawing before committing to a date: if a bend is not feasible we say so straight away, rather than finding out mid-job.
