We build steel structures for industry, construction and plant engineering: machine frames and base plates, trusses, beams, columns, stairs, mezzanines, canopies and walkways. We start from your drawing or from a survey taken on site. The structure is prepared in the workshop and delivered ready to install, with holes, plates and squaring already done.
High-definition CNC plasma cutting follows any profile, from simple geometries to the most elaborate outlines, with clean edges that in most cases need no secondary operation. We work straight from your DXF files: optimised nesting to reduce offcuts, single-part cutting or full production runs.
Hydraulic CNC press brakes with programmable back gauges deliver angles that are accurate and, more importantly, repeatable: the first part and the hundredth are identical. We produce C and Z profiles, box sections, cappings and complex multiple bends, calculating the flat patterns so that finished dimensions match the drawing.
We weld in MIG/MAG or TIG depending on the material and the finish required: TIG where the bead stays visible or where thin stainless and aluminium are involved, MIG/MAG where penetration and productivity matter. Assemblies are built on the bench with prior squaring and tacking, to keep shrinkage distortion under control.
This is the part of the job where the part exists only once: gates and railings, handrails and balustrades, fencing and grating, covers, machine guards and protections, brackets and special frames. We start from an idea, a photo or a dimension taken on site, and finish with the completed item, ready for galvanising or painting.
The plate roll turns sheet and sections into cylinders, cones, rings and constant-radius curves. It is what you need for tanks, pipework, ducting, flues, curved architectural elements and every situation where a sharp bend is not enough and a continuous, even curvature is required.

Flat patterns, nesting and CNC programs. Material is procured and released to production.
Cutting, bending, welding and assembly. Dimensions are checked during the process, not only at the end.
Collection at the workshop, transport by our own vehicle, or installation directly on site.
