What we do

Plate and section rolling

For when a sharp bend is not enough and you need a continuous, even curvature.

Plate rolling and forming

The plate roll turns sheet and sections into cylinders, cones, rings and constant-radius curves. It is what you need for tanks, pipework, ducting, flues, curved architectural elements and every situation where a sharp bend is not enough and a continuous, even curvature is required.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the tightest radius you can roll?

It depends on thickness and material: the thicker the part, the larger the minimum radius. Send us the drawing with radius and thickness and we will tell you straight away whether it is feasible.

Do you roll sections as well as plate?

Yes. Flats, tubes, angles and profiles can all be curved to a constant radius. On some sections rolling can distort the profile: where that happens, we say so beforehand.

Do you weld the seam closed?

Yes. We can supply the part simply rolled, or rolled and welded along the seam, ready to install.
