Machine downtime does not check the calendar
The part that broke is twenty years old, the manufacturer no longer exists and the drawing cannot be found: that is the typical call we get from maintenance engineers. Bring us the broken part or the sample — we measure it, redraw it and remake it, often improving it where the old one had worn out.
Plant stoppages get priority: an urgent request jumps the queue, and for companies in the area we deliver the finished part ourselves. We also carry out reinforcements, modifications and upgrades on existing structures and plant, measuring on site and working in the shop or intervening directly.

How long do you take on a machine breakdown?
It depends on the part, but an urgent request jumps the work queue: for cut-and-bend parts we are talking hours or a day, not weeks.
Do you remake parts with no drawing?
Yes: from the broken part or the sample we do the measuring and the drawing ourselves. We then hand the drawing over to you, so the next reorder is immediate.
Do you also come to our plant?
Yes, for surveys, repairs and modifications to structures and plant that cannot be brought into the workshop.
Got a drawing ready for production?
Send us the DXF file, the PDF or even just a dimensioned photo. We reply with a technical assessment and a quotation.
