Machine builders have one specific problem with metalwork: an order is never a single part, it is a bill of materials. Frame, base plate, guard, brackets, supports — and they have to arrive together, right, when the assembly line is waiting for them. We work from your drawing or from your 3D STEP file, we check feasibility before confirming a date, and if a dimension does not add up on the shop floor we call you before we cut.
On repeat batches we keep the cutting programs and the welding jigs: a reorder does not start from scratch, it starts from where we left off. And for guards and enclosures we can deliver painted, so the parts go straight from the pallet to assembly.

Do you work from our 3D model or do you need a DXF?
Either is fine: from a DXF we go straight to cutting; from a 3D model we work out the flat patterns ourselves and send them to you for approval.
Do you handle repeat batches and reorders?
Yes: we keep the cutting programs, flat patterns and welding jigs for every order, so a reorder takes the same time and gives the same result as the first batch.
Do you deliver painted parts?
Yes, through qualified partner coaters: the part arrives finished and ready to assemble, with a single point of contact for the whole supply.
Got a drawing ready for production?
Send us the DXF file, the PDF or even just a dimensioned photo. We reply with a technical assessment and a quotation.
